MEET MATTHEW

FINDING JOY AND FRIENDSHIP AT GREENVIEW ADULT DAY SERVICES

My name is Mathew Barry and I currently attend Greenview Adult Day Services. I started in St. Joseph’s Special School around 30 years ago.  What I like about Ability West is getting to do lots of different activities.

I have made lots of friends here and I get on well with everyone in Greenview. I hang out with people from other centres when playing soccer, which is nice. 

The activities that I like to get involved in is cooking and art. I love our exercise class, it is great fun. Gardening is good too. 

My Best Friend is James Timothy – he is a good singer.

My biggest wish in life is for Avalon Respite to be open again.
